The batching tank, also known as the mixing tank or batching barrel, is a three-layer structure with an upper opening and a lower sloping bottom. It has the functions of automatic temperature control, heat preservation and stirring . It has the advantages of fast heat transfer, adaptability to large temperature differences and easy cleaning.
It is widely used in food (dairy), pharmaceutical, daily chemical, beverage, oil, chemical, pigment and other industries as intermediate buffer, liquid storage, stirring, mixing equipment (when the material can be evenly mixed without heating, this equipment is the most economical and practical), heating, mixing or sterilization.

The equipment consists of a tank body, a jacket, an inner tank, a head, a magnetic stirring device and a common system pipeline. The main body is made of imported stainless steel, in accordance with the technical conditions of GB741-80. The tank body is polished inside and outside. There is a stirring paddle in the tank to stir during operation. There is a thermometer on the upper cover to display the temperature inside the tank.
There is a cycloidal pin-driven planetary reducer on the top to drive the stirring paddle . It can be disassembled and cleaned, and has an openable tank cover for cleaning. There are two additional feed ports that can be connected to pipelines for easy connection of various ingredients. There is a discharge port at the bottom, and a plug valve is installed. After stirring evenly, rotate the plug valve handle 90° to discharge the material, and close it after discharging to achieve the purpose of even stirring. It can be equipped with a liquid level meter or weighing equipment to measure the volume or weight of the material in the tank.
