Bailun integrated online Raman analysis system supports a variety of application scenarios, equipped with modular components such as bioreactor-specific probes, process reaction probes and low-pressure flow cells, which can be seamlessly integrated into existing production equipment. Through the innovative combination of 785nm excitation wavelength and thermally stable CCD detector, the system achieves a wide range coverage of 100-3250cm-1 at a full spectral resolution of 6.5cm-1, and cooperates with 3B laser safety certification and electronic interlock protection mechanism to ensure that precious samples are continuously monitored under non-destructive and pollution-free conditions. The compact body (25cm×25cm×7.7cm) combined with factory pre-calibration technology ensures that the equipment can still operate stably in an industrial environment of 15-33℃ after multiple moves, providing real-time data support for biopharmaceutical PAT (process analytical technology), cell culture monitoring and continuous processing.

In response to the industry's demand for intelligent process control, Bailun has developed a dedicated software platform that integrates online spectral analysis and process modeling functions, supports dynamic tracking of key parameters such as glucose and lactate, and helps users build predictive process models. Through the stackable deployment architecture, the system can be expanded to a multi-node monitoring network, covering the entire life cycle from R&D to cGMP production.
