It is equipped with stainless steel wire mesh-enhanced polymer permeable membrane technology, supports direct steam sterilization, and ensures stable operation in key processes such as Pichia pastoris genetic engineering bacteria culture and vaccine production. Its constant temperature sensor design effectively eliminates ambient temperature interference, and with the PID operation algorithm, it can dynamically adjust the methanol flow acceleration to achieve precise concentration maintenance in intermittent feeding or perfusion culture. In addition, the IP54 protection level and 220V power adaptability make it compatible with industrial-grade bioreactor equipment, providing reliable online detection support for the large-scale production of biological products such as monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins.
