Bailun integrates advanced sensing technology, using fiber-optic dissolved oxygen (DO) monitoring, optical pH patches and online exhaust gas analysis systems to track key parameters such as CO₂/O₂ concentration and respiratory quotient (OUR) in real time, achieving process modeling and precise control. Its disposable bioprocess bags use FDA-certified materials such as polyethylene that meet industry standards. The closed aseptic operation design significantly reduces the risk of contamination, while supporting customized consumable configuration to meet GMP compliance requirements.
