Bailun Biotech provides high-performance stainless steel airlift fermentation tank systems for the bioengineering field. Its product line covers full-scale equipment from laboratory-grade 0.1L to industrial-grade 1000KL. It adopts unique airflow stirring technology and realizes efficient mixing without mechanical shear force through bottom ventilation and built-in guide tube design. This series of fermenters is equipped with 316L mirror-polished stainless steel tanks (surface roughness ≤Ra0.4), equipped with online sterilization function and no-dead-angle sanitary pipe interface, strictly in compliance with cGMP and ASME BPE standards, and is suitable for biopharmaceutical fields such as vaccines and monoclonal antibodies.
Through the Siemens PLC control system and 10-inch touch screen, the Bailun fermenter can accurately control core parameters such as temperature (±0.1℃), dissolved oxygen (±2%), pH (±0.02), and supports 17 online monitoring functions such as feed weighing and tail gas analysis. The innovatively developed BLBIO bioprocess control system can realize 10-segment programmed feeding, metabolic flow analysis and multi-tank linkage control, perfectly adapting to batch, fed addition, perfusion and other processes. For high-viscosity culture media and shear-sensitive cells, its airlift structure forms a directional circulation by optimizing the diversion ratio (1:4-5), and can maintain the integrity of the mycelium while maintaining a ventilation volume of 1200L/min.
To ensure biological safety, Bailun uses double-end mechanical sealing technology, equipped with a double protection system of bursting discs and safety valves, and realizes fully enclosed aseptic operation through modules such as tank weighing and automatic air flow control. At present, the equipment has been successfully applied to cutting-edge fields such as synthetic biology and bioenergy. Its 30-100KL modular fermentation system can achieve multi-stage amplification production through standard transplantation pipelines.
