Bailun Biotech has built a full-chain research system covering cell model development, functional mechanism analysis and precise regulation technology, providing underlying technical support for disease mechanism research, drug target screening and regenerative medicine applications. We have broken through the bottleneck of in vitro microenvironment simulation through the primary cell separation and culture platform, and established a diversified research system including 3D organoids, gene-edited cell lines and patient-derived xenograft models; relying on high-content imaging and single-cell sequencing technology, we can achieve multi-dimensional dynamic monitoring of phenotypes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, and autophagy, and accurately analyze the signal pathway regulation network. In the field of cell therapy, we have developed non-viral vector delivery systems and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing tools, combined with metabolic reprogramming technology to optimize the efficiency of stem cell directed differentiation, and strictly followed GLP specifications to complete functional verification and safety assessment. At present, the technical achievements have been applied to cutting-edge directions such as the analysis of tumor immune escape mechanisms and the construction of neurodegenerative disease models, supporting the development of innovative drug R&D pipelines and the generation of preclinical research data, and promoting the transformation of basic discoveries in cell biology into clinical treatment plans.
