Bailun Biotech focuses on synthetic biology, cell culture and microbial fermentation technology, providing natural, safe and traceable bioactive raw materials and formulation solutions for functional skin care products, personal care and household cleaning products. We develop high-purity niacinamide, plant polyphenols, antimicrobial peptides and other functional ingredients through targeted enzyme catalysis, stem cell amplification and probiotic metabolism regulation technology to replace traditional chemical synthetic raw materials, taking into account both efficacy intensity and skin microecological balance; relying on molecular dynamics simulation to accurately analyze the transdermal absorption mechanism of active ingredients, optimize liposome encapsulation, microemulsion drug delivery and other delivery systems, and achieve synergistic enhancement of targeted effects such as anti-aging repair, soothing and moisturizing. In response to the trend of green consumption, we have built a bio-based surfactant development platform, replaced petroleum-derived ingredients with renewable carbon sources, and launched environmentally friendly product solutions such as zero-irritation amino acid cleansers and degradable household cleaners. At present, the technical achievements have enabled more than 20 brands to complete formula upgrades, and the core ingredients have passed the ECOCERT organic certification and ISO 16128 natural index verification, promoting the daily chemical industry to develop in parallel on the dual tracks of "scientific precision" and "sustainability".
