Bailun Laboratory builds a technology education platform oriented to industry needs, providing systematic and scenario-based capacity improvement services for biomedicine, modern agriculture and green manufacturing. We focus on core technology modules such as gene editing, cell culture, and fermentation engineering, and design a step-by-step curriculum system based on the pain points of enterprise R&D and the blind spots of university teaching: basic courses cover necessary skills such as laboratory safety specifications and standardized equipment operation; advanced courses focus on industrial-level needs such as process optimization and troubleshooting, and students can simulate the entire production process based on real production line data; special training deeply analyzes industry benchmark cases to cultivate technology transformation and innovative breakthrough capabilities.
The teaching team is composed of engineers with more than ten years of industry experience, technical leaders of scientific research institutions, and quality management experts. They not only teach technical principles, but also share practical experience in workshop management, cost control, and regulatory response. After the course, students can access the Bailun technical collaboration network to obtain continuous support such as equipment maintenance guidance and process parameter optimization suggestions, and participate in cross-enterprise technology salons and industry-university-research project docking meetings. Through customized training, a biological pesticide company successfully broke through the problems of strain inactivation and fermentation contamination, and achieved the transition from laboratory results to stable production.
We have a 1:1 restored intelligent fermentation workshop and testing and analysis center, equipped with a remote monitoring teaching system, which supports students in multiple locations to carry out practical exercises simultaneously. We provide cutting-edge courses such as bioreactor intelligent control and continuous manufacturing process design, and simultaneously develop artificial intelligence-assisted maintenance training systems to make technology inheritance more intuitive and more accurate - here, every learning is a deep response to the real challenges of the industry, and every piece of knowledge carries the mission of changing the status quo of the industry.
