Bailun Biotech focuses on synthetic biology, microbial fermentation and enzyme catalysis technology to provide innovative solutions for the food and beverage industry that emphasize both naturalness, nutrition and safety. We use targeted enzymatic hydrolysis technology to improve the utilization rate of plant protein and the efficiency of flavor release, develop functional raw materials such as low-sensitivity soybean peptides and highly soluble oat β-glucan, and help upgrade the formula of dairy products, plant-based foods and sports nutrition products; relying on the probiotic strain screening and metabolic regulation platform, we build a fermentation product system with targeted effects such as intestinal health and immune regulation, and achieve precise controlled release of active ingredients in products such as yogurt and enzyme beverages. In response to the trend of clean labels, we develop natural pigments, biological preservatives and flavor-enhancing peptides to replace artificial additives, ensuring that products comply with China's GB standards, FDA and ISO 22000 food safety management system certification. At present, the technical achievements have been applied to the development of low-GI cereal beverages, functional probiotic chocolate and zero-additive soy sauce process optimization, helping customers complete the green food certification of 12 products, and promoting the food industry to accelerate the transformation to "nutrition targeting and green production".
