Live-cell Analysis
Bailun Biotech provides standardized living cell observation services for scientific research institutions based on confocal microscopy, high-sensitivity fluorescent labeling and time-lapse photography technology. We focus on core life processes such as cell proliferation, migration, differentiation and apoptosis, and achieve continuous dynamic recording for up to 72 hours through a low-phototoxic imaging system. We use automatic image analysis software to quantify cell morphological changes, subcellular structural displacements and fluctuations in signal molecule expression to generate repeatable and verifiable time series data. For complex samples, we provide dedicated imaging solutions for primary cells, 3D spheroids and co-culture models, which are compatible with oxygen concentration control and constant temperature perfusion systems to maintain the physiological state of cells to the maximum extent. Currently, services cover scenarios such as real-time evaluation of drug effects, analysis of intercellular communication mechanisms, and tracking of pathogenic microorganism infection processes, providing a highly credible dynamic chain of evidence for disease mechanism research and drug screening model optimization.
