Bailun Biotech focuses on the full-process development system of recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, vaccines and cell therapy products. Relying on genetic engineering, directed protein evolution and cell efficient expression platforms, we overcome the difficulties of activity optimization, stability improvement and large-scale production in the development of biological preparations. We analyze the target binding mechanism through structural biology, and combine AI-driven molecular design technology to achieve systematic optimization of key parameters such as antibody affinity maturation and immunogenicity reduction; simultaneously build high-density culture process and purification technology solutions for mammalian cell lines to ensure seamless connection from laboratory research to pilot scale-up. In the field of cell therapy, we develop gene editing vector delivery systems and functional modification strategies, strictly follow the international quality management system (GMP/ISO) to complete process validation and quality research, and accelerate the transformation process of innovative biological preparations from concept verification to clinical application. At present, dozens of biological drug development projects including bispecific antibodies and oncolytic virus vectors have been successfully delivered. The technical achievements support a number of candidate drugs to enter the clinical trial stage, providing underlying technology empowerment for breakthroughs in the fields of tumor immunity and rare disease treatment.
