Bailun Biotech takes microbiome technology and enzyme engineering as its core, providing green and efficient biological solutions for industrial wastewater treatment, heavy metal contaminated soil remediation and organic waste gas degradation. We develop efficient degradation bacteria and immobilized enzyme preparations for pollutants such as petroleum hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, pesticide residues, etc. through functional strain screening, synthetic microbial community construction and directed enzyme evolution technology, breaking through the secondary pollution and cost bottlenecks of traditional physical and chemical treatment methods; relying on bio-enhanced reactors and intelligent monitoring systems, we achieve in-situ remediation and real-time data tracking of contaminated sites, ensuring that key indicators such as COD removal rate and heavy metal immobilization rate meet the "National Standard for Soil Environmental Quality" and "Comprehensive Wastewater Emission Standard". In response to the needs of VOCs treatment, a biological filter tower process optimization system is constructed, and the composite flora of methane oxidizing bacteria and Thiobacillus is used to achieve the simultaneous removal of odorous gases, and the emission indicators meet the requirements of GB 14554 and EPA regulations. At present, the technical solution has been successfully applied to wastewater treatment in chemical parks, soil remediation in electronic dismantling areas, and deodorization projects in garbage transfer stations. The core bacterial agent has passed the microbial fertilizer certification of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, promoting the transformation of environmental governance to a sustainable model of "ecological friendliness and resource recycling".
