Biological Sample Preparation
Bailun Biotech provides standardized and highly stable biological sample preparation services, covering the processing needs of multiple types of samples such as tissues, cells, nucleic acids, proteins and metabolites, providing a reliable foundation for downstream analysis such as genomics, proteomics, and pathological mechanism research. We customize the whole process from collection, packaging, pretreatment to preservation according to the sample characteristics and experimental objectives, and strictly follow the GLP specifications to perform sample crushing, gradient centrifugation, ultra-low temperature freezing and other operations to ensure nucleic acid integrity, protein activity retention and metabolite stability. For complex samples, we develop special technologies such as micro-cell capture, paraffin section antigen repair and efficient separation of exosomes, which are compatible with difficult-to-process sample types such as FFPE tissues, serum, and cerebrospinal fluid.
