Regenerative Medicine
Bailun Biotech focuses on the development and production of stem cell technology, tissue engineering and cell therapy products, and builds a full-chain regenerative medicine technology system covering cell resource acquisition, functional modification and clinical-grade preparation. We use the serum-free expansion platform of mesenchymal stem cells and the directed differentiation technology of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) to achieve the standardized preparation of organoids, biological scaffolds and active tissue complexes, strictly follow the GMP specifications and the guidelines for cell therapy products in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia to ensure that cell activity, purity and genetic stability meet the requirements of clinical research. For treatment scenarios such as cartilage repair, skin regeneration and nerve function reconstruction, we develop cell-material co-culture systems and cryopreservation and resuscitation programs, supporting more than 20 quality control nodes such as cell identity identification, tumorigenicity detection and microbial safety evaluation to ensure the repeatability and safety of regenerative medicine products from laboratory research to clinical transformation. At present, the technology platform has supported the production of many clinical trial drugs such as knee joint repair cell preparations and diabetic foot ulcer biological dressings, helping regenerative medicine to leap from basic research to industrialization of large-scale treatment.
