Its product line covers double-layer constant temperature culture shakers, feed-feed biological shakers and customized systems adapted to different culture scenarios, fully supporting the process development and large-scale production of biological products such as vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and recombinant proteins. The Bailun shaker series integrates constant temperature culture and oscillation functions. It adopts high-quality stainless steel cavity and mirror process design, has 4-60℃ precise temperature control, ±0.1℃ temperature stability, and 40-300rpm wide range speed adjustment. The large eccentricity shaker cabinet design achieves efficient dissolved oxygen (up to 4-6 times that of ordinary shakers), which is especially suitable for high-viscosity strain culture and low-shear suspension culture of animal cells. In response to complex process requirements, Bailun provides five-stage programmable temperature control and speed curve simulation functions, and supports customized data interfaces (such as RS232, micro printers) to achieve remote monitoring and process parameter traceability.
