Bailun Biotech provides high-performance single-wall glass fermentation tank solutions for the field of biological fermentation. The product uses high borosilicate glass to create the tank body, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high light transmittance, making it easy for experimenters to observe the fermentation dynamics in real time. This series of fermentation tanks is equipped with the German Siemens S7-200 series PLC control system and a 10-inch LCD touch screen, realizing a full Chinese interactive interface design, supporting intelligent PID control of 14 parameters such as temperature (±0.1℃ accuracy), pH value (±0.02ph accuracy), dissolved oxygen content (±3% accuracy), and can export data and perform EXCEL compatible analysis through a USB flash drive. The product line is equipped with flexible and diverse stirring systems (50-1000rpm continuously variable speed mechanical/magnetic stirring), supports batch, fed-batch, animal cell culture and other processes, and is widely used in vaccine preparation, antibiotic production, enzyme engineering and recombinant protein drug development. For laboratory scenarios, Bailun has innovatively launched a multi-unit off-site sterilization system (2-10 tanks running simultaneously), which significantly improves R&D efficiency. At the same time, it realizes PH/DO correlation control, multi-stage feeding procedures and mechanical-chemical dual defoaming mechanism through modular design to ensure process stability and repeatability. All tank interfaces are made of polished 316L stainless steel (Ra≤0.4μm), meet GMP standards, and are equipped with professional components such as flame inoculation ports and in-situ sterilization filters to build a complete sterile fermentation ecosystem.
