Its core product, the BLBIO series cell bioreactor, is designed for animal cell culture and is suitable for the development and production of biological products such as monoclonal antibodies, vaccines and recombinant proteins. It supports batch culture, fed-batch culture and suspension/microcarrier adherent culture and other process modes.
The BLBIO series cell bioreactor uses 316L high-polished material (Ra0.2), equipped with a top magnetic stirring system and elephant ear blades, to achieve 20-200rpm stepless speed regulation, taking into account low shear force and efficient mixing to meet the needs of sensitive cell culture. The system integrates intelligent control modules, through Siemens PLC and BLBIO-S self-developed software, real-time and precise control of key parameters such as temperature (±0.1℃), pH (±0.02), dissolved oxygen (±3%), tank pressure and ventilation flow, and supports the associated control with feeding and speed to optimize the cell metabolic environment.
Bailun's innovative process analysis system supports real-time data collection of multiple tanks, batch-to-batch difference comparison, and intelligent perception of metabolic status. It combines offline parameter calculation with expert knowledge base to accelerate process development and scale-up. Its in-situ automatic sterilization function (100-130°C) and real tank sterilization design ensure aseptic compliance throughout the entire process. In addition, the system is equipped with a high-precision weighing module and exhaust gas monitoring to provide multi-dimensional data support for process modeling.
In response to the industry's stringent requirements for reliability and compliance, Bailun's reactor adopts a modular design that is compatible with clean gas and pure steam supply, and ensures production safety through open-frame process pipelines and pre-filtration systems, providing a robust technology platform for cutting-edge fields such as cell therapy and regenerative medicine.
