This series adopts a strong magnetic upper suspension or lower drive magnetic stirring system (fully sealed, zero leakage). By converting the dynamic seal into a static seal, it completely solves the problem of contamination in the biological culture process. At the same time, it supports both off-site sterilization and in-situ sterilization modes to adapt to different process scenarios. The product line includes 0.5L-5000L multi-specification volumes, equipped with 316L stainless steel and borosilicate glass composite tank structure, meeting the Ra≤0.4μm high-precision polishing standard, ensuring the biocompatibility and easy cleaning of the material contact surface.
By integrating the German Siemens S7-200 series PLC control system and a 10-inch touch screen, the Bailun fermentation tank realizes intelligent PID control, which can accurately control core parameters such as temperature (±0.1℃), pH (±0.02), dissolved oxygen (±3%), and supports multi-dimensional correlation control with feed, speed, and ventilation volume. In response to the development needs of biological products such as vaccines, antibodies, and recombinant proteins, the system is equipped with online detection functions, covering key indicators such as defoaming, tail gas O₂/CO₂, and redox potential, to help build predictive process models. In order to meet cGMP requirements, the specially developed 316L stainless steel tank and high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass components have passed ISO9001 and CE certification to ensure process safety and compliance.
