The core technology system integrates the in-situ automatic sterilization system (SIP) and the cleaning in place system (CIP), and is equipped with Swiss Fordlin high-precision mass flowmeters and Hamilton intelligent sensor modules to achieve ±0.1-level precise control of key parameters such as pH, DO, and tank pressure. The innovatively designed four-stage stirring system (straight blade/oblique blade/serrated defoaming paddle) is combined with the SEW stepless speed regulation drive to ensure the balance between dissolved oxygen transfer efficiency and low shear force requirements. All parts that come into contact with materials are made of ASME-BPE standard 316L stainless steel, equipped with online steam sterilization function, and meet FDA certification requirements.
The intelligent control system is equipped with Siemens S7 series PLC industrial platform, equipped with a 12-inch touch screen human-machine interface, and supports PID correlation control and historical data traceability of parameters such as temperature, speed, and feeding. The advanced quality management system has passed ISO9001:2015 certification, and the pressure vessel manufacturing holds ASME U stamp certification.
