Its six-link flow-addition shaker system (BLBIO-HYG-FJ2) has a breakthrough integration of PH automatic control (Mettler electrode), multi-channel peristaltic pump feeding and parallel comparison functions, supports anaerobic/CO₂ environment cultivation of 500-1500ml containers, and realizes accurate modeling of process parameters through five-segment programmable temperature control curves and online monitoring modules (optional dissolved oxygen electrode). To meet GMP production requirements, the equipment uses a 316L stainless steel chamber and autoclavable components, and is equipped with disposable culture consumables that meet FDA standards. At the same time, the intelligent environmental sterilization system and three-level password lock ensure operational safety and data compliance. Through modular design, the Bailun shaker can seamlessly connect its bioreactor product line, providing a complete process validation platform from laboratory shake flask optimization to industrial-grade scale-up production.
