The experimental BLBIO-8000 series has the core advantages of micro-efficiency and intelligent controllability. The whole machine adopts a movable modular design and can operate independently without auxiliary facilities. The 10.1-inch color touch screen integrates full-automatic one-button operation and manual fine-tuning dual modes, and displays the drying process animation in real time. With the PID algorithm, the air inlet temperature can be precisely controlled at ±1°C from 30-300°C. The original two-fluid atomization technology enables heat-sensitive materials (such as vaccines and enzyme preparations) to complete instantaneous drying within 1.0-1.5 seconds, and the active ingredient retention rate exceeds 95%. The tower wall purge device and automatic needle cleaning system increase the material recovery rate to the industry-leading level. The equipment supports 50ml micro-sample processing. Through the magnetic stirrer and feed filter, it can stably process high-viscosity materials such as emulsions and suspensions. It is equipped with six customizable nozzles of 0.5-2.0mm to meet different particle size requirements. The particle uniformity after drying is more than 95%, and the fluidity is excellent.
For large-scale production scenarios, Bailun's production spray dryer adopts a full stainless steel structure and high borosilicate heat-resistant glass components, supports 2000ml feed per hour and 1500-2000ml/h evaporation. The unique nitrogen circulation module can safely handle materials containing organic solvents, and achieve high-purity powder collection through the upgrade of the two-stage separation system. The entire series of products are equipped with an intelligent monitoring system to track parameters such as temperature, air volume, and needle frequency in real time, combined with fault self-diagnosis function and shutdown protection mechanism to ensure operational stability. In terms of compliance design, the equipment uses an oil-free air compressor to keep the noise level below 60dB. The spray head cooling device and material database provide process development support for emerging fields such as cell therapy carriers and nanomedicines, forming a complete technical closed loop from 50ml experiments to ton-level mass production.
