Bailun ML series is designed for small and medium-sized experiments, providing high separation factors of 12000g to 16000g, compact structure adapted to 10-100L/H processing volume, equipped with fully automatic CIP/SIP function and Ra0.4 mirror polished inner cavity to ensure compliance with cGMP sterile production specifications. The SC/SN series, developed for special scenarios such as high-density Pichia clarification and collagen extraction, uses 316L fully welded disc technology and modular design to achieve stable operation of key processes such as plasma separation, microsphere liquid exchange, and peptide crystal collection, with a separation factor of up to 14,000g. Its mature validation document system and localized technical service team provide process development support for emerging fields such as cell therapy, genetic engineering, and IVD diagnosis.
As a leader in domestic aseptic centrifugation technology, Bailun provides standardized solutions for the clarification and separation of mammalian cells (CHO, Vero), microorganisms (Escherichia coli, probiotics) and viral vectors (chicken embryo allantoic fluid) through its core patented technology of fully welded discs and in-depth understanding of biological reaction systems.
