Bailun high-pressure homogenizer is specially designed for the research and development of high-precision process solutions for biopharmaceuticals, nanomaterials and food industries. It adopts 316L stainless steel contact pipes and ultra-wear-resistant diamond/carbide homogenizing valve groups, covering the processing volume requirements of 25mL to 6000L/H. It is equipped with a 12-inch touch screen to realize real-time monitoring of pressure curves, temperature display and FDA-compliant data management. It integrates 0-2000bar high-precision sensors (±1bar) and triple safety protection (overpressure alarm, automatic shutdown, mechanical pressure limit) to ensure stable operation under working pressure. Its modular design has a built-in heat exchanger and is equipped with a high-power motor. It supports IO signal linkage with equipment such as fermentation tanks through PLC automation control cabinets. At the same time, it comes standard with special tool kits, standard spare parts and U disk operation manuals. The ISO9001-certified two-stage homogenization module takes into account both low-shear cell activity maintenance and high-intensity emulsification requirements. It has been widely used in key processes such as vaccine adjuvant nano-sizing and recombinant protein extraction, providing safe and reliable homogenization technology support for the entire cycle from research and development to production.
