Bailun nanofiltration equipment is based on pressure-driven membrane separation technology. Through a composite charged membrane structure with a pore size of 1-2 nanometers, it can achieve efficient interception of divalent and above ions (such as calcium and magnesium) and organic matter with a molecular weight of 200-2000 (retention rate of 97%), while allowing monovalent ions and small molecules to pass through, combining the dual advantages of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. Its core membrane element uses an original imported organic membrane, combined with anti-pollution nano-coating technology, and can operate under ultra-low pressure (minimum 0.1MPa) conditions, which reduces energy consumption by more than 30% compared with traditional reverse osmosis technology, and is particularly suitable for the treatment of heat-sensitive substances. In the field of drinking water purification, Bailun nanofiltration system can remove trihalomethane precursors (retention rate of 97%), heavy metals (lead is reduced by 50%) and pesticide residues, while retaining trace elements such as potassium and sodium, reducing the risk of pipeline corrosion; in the biopharmaceutical industry, through the membrane-biochemical reactor coupling technology, efficient concentration of antibiotics and peptides and recovery of enzyme preparations are achieved to ensure the retention of product activity. For industrial wastewater treatment, its low shear design can effectively separate dye molecules, recover metal ions from electroplating wastewater, and extract sugar resources from papermaking wastewater.
