In terms of process design, the vertical cross-flow structure is combined with an intelligent backwash module to stabilize the transmembrane pressure difference in the range of 0.1-0.5MPa, significantly reducing the risk of fouling on the membrane surface and extending the membrane life to the industry-leading level.
In the field of biopharmaceuticals, this technology perfectly adapts to cGMP standards, supports linear amplification from 10mL laboratory scale to thousands of liters of industrial production, and can complete key processes such as monoclonal antibody concentration, vaccine desalination, and cell culture fluid clarification. The system integrates online turbidity monitoring and biomass analysis functions, and realizes dynamic adjustment of process parameters through PLC control to ensure a product recovery rate of more than 98%. For high-viscosity or particle-containing liquids, the unique overhead screen flow channel design can handle complex solutions with a colloid concentration of up to 15%, and the shear force control accuracy is ±5%.
