As the core equipment for precise temperature control in the biopharmaceutical field, Bailun chillers are designed to provide full-process temperature assurance for key processes such as cell culture, vaccine production and gene therapy. Our product line covers modular water-cooled units, magnetic suspension frequency conversion units and special cooling units for disposable systems. It uses air suspension bearing technology to achieve zero-friction operation, and combines an intelligent stepless frequency modulation system (20%-100%) to ensure stable temperature control of reactors of different scales. The COP value is as high as 6.64, and the energy consumption is 40% lower than that of traditional units. In response to low shear requirements such as suspension culture and microcarrier adhesion, we have innovatively developed a three-dimensional flow field optimization system, which controls the fluid shear force to <1Pa·s through adaptive guide vanes. It is also equipped with an online glucose/lactic acid monitoring module and is deeply integrated with PAT process analysis technology. The cooling circuit uses a composite structure of medical-grade 316L stainless steel liner and FDA-certified polymer membrane material, with a temperature fluctuation accuracy of ±0.1℃, which helps cGMP workshops achieve seamless scale-up from R&D to commercial production.
