Bailun air dryer is designed to provide efficient compressed air drying solutions for the biopharmaceutical field. Its core design integrates low dew point control technology and modular integrated system, which can accurately match the stringent requirements of bioreactors, cell culture and other processes for sterile compressed air. Through multi-stage high-efficiency heat exchangers and intelligent condensation separation systems, Bailun dryer stably controls the dew point of compressed air at 2-10℃, effectively eliminating the interference of moisture on suspended cell culture, adherent microcarriers and gene therapy processes. The product adopts stainless steel integrated flow channel design, combined with zero dead angle gas-water separation technology, to achieve 99.9% liquid water removal rate, ensuring that the air cleanliness meets ISO 8573-1 Class 2 standards.
For the continuous flow production of biological products such as vaccines and monoclonal antibodies, Bailun has innovatively developed a dual-temperature zone adaptive refrigerant circulation system, combined with an online dew point monitoring module, which can dynamically adjust the evaporator load and reduce energy consumption by 40% while maintaining low shear force. Through the three-stage heat recovery technology of pre-cooling-evaporation-reheating, the inlet temperature is gradually cooled from 80℃ to 3℃ to avoid the influence of high temperature on cell activity. To meet cGMP compliance, all contact parts of the Bailun dryer are made of 316L stainless steel or medical-grade polymers, and the risk of cross-contamination is eliminated through a fully enclosed refrigerant circuit design, making it a key equipment to ensure the functionality of compressed air in regenerative medicine and cell therapy processes.
