Its CIP automatic cleaning system is centered on efficient and standardized in-situ cleaning technology, covering all scenarios from laboratory to industrial scale. Bailun CIP system provides manual and automatic dual-mode options, supports customized design, covers two types of volume specifications: mobile (50-300L) and fixed (50-5000L), suitable for fully enclosed cleaning of equipment such as fermenters, bioreactors, and pipelines, effectively avoiding cross contamination and reducing the risk of manual operation.

     

    The system realizes fully automated management through the integration of PLC control module and 10-inch touch screen. It can preset cleaning programs and monitor key parameters such as temperature, conductivity, pH value and flow in real time. It combines conductivity to quantitatively evaluate the cleaning effect to ensure that the cleaning process complies with GMP specifications. For complex process scenarios, Bailun innovatively introduces fluid dynamics and CFD dynamic simulation technology to optimize the cleaning path design, significantly improve cleaning efficiency and reduce chemical reagent consumption. In the field of biopharmaceuticals, its CIP system supports the rapid cleaning needs of suspension culture, wall-attached microcarrier technology and continuous production, seamlessly connects bioreactors of different sizes (such as the BLBIO series), helps shorten the production cycle and stabilize product quality.

     

    In response to the market demand for highly compliant materials, the CIP system developed by Bailun uses 316L stainless steel and mirror polishing technology, with a rotating cleaning nozzle and self-driven dynamic spraying technology to ensure no dead corner cleaning. The system also supports the recycling and online recovery of cleaning fluids, taking into account both environmental protection and cost-effectiveness, and has become a key infrastructure for the realization of intelligent production in industries such as biopharmaceuticals, food and beverages.
