The series is made of 316L stainless steel and equipped with a built-in LED light source system (3-6 groups of adjustable light sources, intensity range 1000-20000Lx), supporting day and night simulation and manual/software coordinated adjustment functions to meet the refined needs of photoperiod control in scientific research and production. The products cover a variety of specifications from 10L to 1000KL, adopt a modular design, equipped with Swiss imported PH/DO electrodes, intelligent PID temperature control system (accuracy ±0.1℃) and mechanical stirring device (50-600rpm stepless speed change), which is compatible with batch fermentation, continuous fermentation and other process modes. The innovative integration of low-level cooling jacket and guide tube structure significantly improves mass transfer efficiency and temperature uniformity. At the same time, the sanitary manufacturing process (Ra≤0.4μm mirror polishing, stretch flanging welding technology) certified by GMP ensures that there are no dead corners in the tank body, supports online CIP/SIP sterilization, and meets the strict requirements of the biopharmaceutical field for aseptic environment. Equipped with BLBIO bioprocess control system, it realizes real-time monitoring and data traceability of 17 parameters, covering advanced functions such as feed weighing and tail gas analysis, providing reliable data support for process optimization.
