This series of products covers the full capacity range of 5L to 20000L, and is made of SUS316L stainless steel. The tank body is mirror polished (Ra≤0.4μm), with a dead angle-free structure and optimized guide jacket design, which significantly improves the heat exchange efficiency and temperature uniformity. The core technology integrates an intelligent PID control system to achieve precise control of temperature (±0.2℃ accuracy), humidity (30%-100% atomization water replenishment), speed (0-99rpm forward and reverse) and pressure (0-0.3MPa), and realizes real-time data monitoring and remote transmission through the Siemens PLC touch screen. The modular design includes a weighing system, an automatic lifting device and multi-stage filtration (0.01μm sterilization), supports in-situ sterilization, aseptic sampling and online monitoring (PH/DO/defoaming electrode), and is equipped with a special dragon-style stirring paddle and axial mixing system to ensure uniform distribution of solid materials and efficient mass transfer. Strictly following GMP standards and pressure vessel specifications, using double-end mechanical seal technology and online CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization functions to ensure process safety and compliance. The equipment is widely used in antibiotic production, enzyme preparation synthesis, feed fermentation and biopesticide preparation, especially in temperature and humidity control of solid materials, sterile environment maintenance and large-scale continuous production scenarios. It can also meet the needs of emerging fields such as regenerative medicine through customized services.
