Bailun Biotech focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of stainless steel liquid fermentation tanks, providing full-scenario solutions for the fields of biopharmaceuticals, fermentation engineering and synthetic biology. Its product matrix covers the full scale from laboratory to industrial level (0.1L-1000KL), including multi-link multi-stage fermentation systems, gas lift fermentation tanks and fully automatic metabolic flow fermentation tanks that meet GMP standards. The core product is made of 316L stainless steel, and the tank body is mirror polished (Ra≤0.4μm) to achieve a zero dead angle design. It is equipped with an optimized guide jacket system (design pressure 0.3MPa), combined with John Crane mechanical sealing technology, which significantly improves temperature uniformity and contamination prevention and control capabilities.
The technical system is equipped with Siemens S7-200 PLC and a 10-inch touch screen to achieve real-time monitoring of 17 parameters (including PH, DO, tank pressure, temperature, air flow and exhaust O2/CO2, etc.), and supports PID intelligent control and multi-parameter correlation regulation (such as dissolved oxygen-stirring linkage, feed-PH linkage control). In response to key process requirements, in-place sterilization (SIP), automatic cleaning (CIP) and tank cover lifting modules are configured to meet cGMP specifications. The innovatively developed multi-stage cascade system (such as 15L-500L combination) can shorten the process development cycle by more than 30% through parallel orthogonal experimental design.
In the production scenario of biological products, the equipment is perfectly adapted to the suspension/adherent culture process of antibiotics, vaccines, enzyme preparations and other products through modular pipeline design (sanitary 316L pipeline), four peristaltic pump precision feeding system and Swiss Hamilton (Mettler) electrode, supporting intermittent, feeding, perfusion and other modes. The standard manufacturing system of pressure vessels (design pressure 0.35MPa) and ASME standard welding process ensure that the equipment meets international certification requirements such as FDA and EMEA throughout its life cycle.
