Bailun Biotechnology (BLBIO) provides high-performance double-walled glass fermentation tank systems for laboratory research and development. Its BLBIO-XGJGG series uses all-glass jacket temperature control technology, covering multiple specifications and volume options (such as 1L, 5L, 7L, etc.), supporting diverse fermentation needs such as batch, fed-batch and animal cell culture. The tank body of this series is based on a combination structure of borosilicate glass and 316L stainless steel, equipped with a water bath jacket for precise temperature control (accuracy ±0.05℃) and a shaft-coupled mechanical stirring system (speed 50-1000rpm), and the off-site sterilization process significantly reduces the complexity of operation. Its Siemens PLC control system integrates a 10-inch touch screen, which can realize multi-parameter intelligent PID control such as pH (±0.02 accuracy), dissolved oxygen (±3% accuracy), and temperature, and supports remote data transmission to a computer for model analysis. In order to enhance experimental efficiency, Bailun has specially developed a multi-unit parallel fermentation system that allows simultaneous orthogonal experiments to accelerate process optimization. Each unit is equipped with a standard 4-way peristaltic pump to achieve precise feeding of acid/base/defoaming agent/culture medium. The system also provides modular expansion functions, including tank weighing, automatic air flow control, exhaust O2/CO2 online detection and more than 20 other optional upgrade configurations to meet the complete needs from basic research to GMP verification. By integrating the mainstream European equipment design concept, Bailun double-walled glass fermenter has formed a technical benchmark in the fields of strain screening and protein expression. The supporting verification service strictly follows the GMP/GAMP5 standards to ensure the traceability of the equipment throughout its life cycle.
