Bailun Biotech provides high-performance mechanical stirring glass fermentation tank solutions for the field of biological fermentation. Its product line covers the full process requirements from laboratory research to pilot production. Bailun mechanical stirring glass fermentation tank is designed with 316L stainless steel and high temperature resistant borosilicate glass materials, supports in-situ sterilization and off-situ sterilization, and the nominal volume covers the range of 0.5L-15L. It is equipped with the German Siemens S7-200 series PLC control system and a 10-inch touch screen operation interface, which can accurately control the stirring speed (50-1000rpm stepless speed change), temperature (±0.1℃ accuracy), pH value (±0.02ph accuracy), dissolved oxygen content (±3% accuracy) and other core parameters. Through modular design, it provides up to 12 optional function expansions, including feed weighing system, exhaust gas online detection, automatic cleaning and tank pressure closed-loop control, etc., to meet the process development needs of microbial culture such as Escherichia coli, yeast, fungi, and vaccines, antibodies, recombinant proteins and other biological products. Its unique dual/multi-link architecture (one control, three modes) significantly improves experimental efficiency. Combined with USB data export and host computer communication functions, it realizes digital management of the entire process. The verification system that complies with GMP/GDP standards ensures process traceability, providing complete technical support from micro-fermentation to pilot-scale expansion for biopharmaceuticals, food fermentation, and scientific research and teaching fields.
